This tournament is put together by The CIO Scholarship Fund, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, that is exclusively focused on scholarship creation for the world's future information technology leaders. 

You do not need to be a CIO to participate, anyone in a senior role in IT is encouraged to get involved.  Players of all skill levels are welcome.  The best ball scramble format will accommodate for the best and worst of players. :)
